Standard Delivery:

• Estimated delivery time 3-7 business days unless the order item is a special order item or if the item is on mfgr backorder.
• All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 4 pm EST. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4 pm EST are processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Friday.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are paid at the time of order placement. However, we occassionally offer promotional shipping rates (including FREE shipping). We reserve the right to add shipping surcharges for heavy weight items. See details below.

FREE SHIPPING Limited Time "PROMOTION" is applied to orders $150 or more. We will apply shipping surcharge to orders that are being shipped internationally or for orders that weigh more than 20 LBS.

Shipping Charges (Heavy Item Surcharge):

Items that weigh over 30 LBS or require special shipping arrangement arrangements such as LTL shipping, Lift Gate service, etc. Additional charges will apply. These shipping charges vary per item sold depending on product weight, delivery requirements and travel distance. Large heavy cases include disposable goods, equipment, hazardous and refrigerated items. Shipments delivered to residential addresses may also incur additional charges.
